**Data stored locally on device:**

The App stores certain data locally on your device using a local database (Room) and preferences storage (DataStore). This includes:

- Your downloaded wallpapers

- Wallpaper quality preferences

- Auto-changer settings

- Favorite wallpapers and browsing history

This local data is stored exclusively on YOUR device and is **NOT transmitted to any external server** operated by us.

**Data NOT collected:**

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, physical address, contacts, photos from your gallery, or any other personally identifiable information directly.

The App requests the following Android system permissions. Each is explained below:

## 4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect information:

### Google AdMob (Advertising)

- **What it collects:** Device advertising ID, IP address, approximate location (IP-based), device information, and ad interaction data.

- **Purpose:** To display advertisements within the App.

- **GDPR/EEA Compliance:** For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we use the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain your consent before serving personalized advertisements. You may choose to receive non-personalized ads.

### Cloudflare Workers AI

- **What it accesses:** The App sends text prompts to Cloudflare's AI API to generate wallpaper images. No personal user data is transmitted — only the text prompt describing the desired wallpaper.

## 5. Data Retention

- **Local data:** Data stored locally on your device (preferences, downloaded wallpapers, favorites) persists until you uninstall the App or manually clear app data through your device settings.

- **AdMob data:** Information collected by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's data retention policies. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details.

- **Cloudflare:** Text prompts sent to generate AI wallpapers are processed in real-time and are not stored by us.

## 6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. The only data sharing occurs through:

- **Google AdMob:** Device identifiers and ad interaction data are shared with Google for the purpose of serving advertisements. This is governed by Google's privacy policies.

We do not share any other data with any other third parties.

## 7. User Rights & Control

You have the following rights regarding your data:

- **Opt out of personalized ads:** You can disable personalized advertising through your Android device settings (Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization), or by declining consent in the in-app consent dialog if you are in the EEA.

- **Delete local data:** You can delete all locally stored data (preferences, downloads, favorites) by going to your device Settings > Apps > Pixora AI Wallpapers > Storage > Clear Data, or by uninstalling the App.

- **Reset Advertising ID:** You can reset your device's advertising ID at any time through your Android device settings.

## 8. Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information through the use of our App, we will take steps to delete such information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details below.

## 9. Account Deletion

Our App does not require you to create a user account. There is no registration, login, or sign-up process. Therefore, no account deletion mechanism is necessary. All app-related data can be completely removed by uninstalling the App or clearing the App's data storage.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect the information we handle. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
